The front desk staff and doorman were delightful, helping with transport and providing a warm welcome. The rooftop lounge was a highlight - great for ending the day and starting mornings. Lovely atmosphere. However, the waitress service was lacking, and the room's air conditioning had some issues with temperature control. Despite this, the hotel's overall charm and helpful staff make it a recommended stay.

The hotel had a classy decor and the location was fantastic! Loved the balcony in our comfy suite and all the great dining options nearby. The staff were super nice and the penthouse restaurant was top-notch with a delicious breakfast buffet! Had to deal with a minor plumbing noise issue in the shower, but overall it didn't put a damper on our amazing stay. 🌟

Stayed here before now and I would stay here again. I loved that the hotel was special and spotless. The buffet breakfast with eggs, sausages, bacon and pancakes was delicious at the roof top.

The Kimberly Hotel was a unique Americana experience! Beautiful antique decor, clean rooms. Great location near Central Park and Times Square. Enjoyed Italian restaurant and rooftop bar. Room had comfy bed and separate lounge area. Bathroom had jetted tub, but no fan. Had a few maintenance issues, but overall a lovely stay.

Liked our stay, had great 3 days overall. The restaurant was great on ground floor, we tried wonderful dishes.

Everything was great except the room that definetly needed to be cleaned.

Our recent stay at a family suite in the heart of New York was nothing short of perfect. The spacious two-bedroom suite with a common living room and kitchenette made our family getaway with our 21-year-old daughter incredibly comfortable. The exceptional service and cleanliness of the room were highlights of our stay. We loved the gorgeous rooftop garden bar with stunning views and relaxing outdoor furniture.

We had a such great experience here. Gorgeous hotel, the staff were all obliging and thorough and the location was brilliant close to subway.

Breakfast at the penthouse restaurant was amazing and offered a wide variety of options. a pleasant experience with no complaints.

Small hotel, breakfast was varied, fab location close to everything in midtown. The staff was helpful to solve any kind of issue. Had perfect well-designed rooms. We appreciated particularly nice views. Fairly clean venue and excellent service.

Recently stayed at The Kimberly Hotel for a family trip and it was amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful. Peter, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The views from the room were breathtaking, and the soundproofing was fantastic. We loved the rooftop, especially when the glass ceiling opened up unexpectedly. Brunch in the rooftop garden was a highlight.

We found items belonging to former clients, UNDER THE BED. In 3 nights, we got only 4 bottles of water free for the couple. Everything else is paid for. EVEN NO WIFI for free. LAMENTABLE. We had to fight to get the right to take a shower at the end of the day, after the check-out, because our flight was only in the evening. 2 elevators to serve 30 floors of clients.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location in midtown was perfect for exploring the city. The staff here were amazing, from the friendly doorman to the helpful receptionists. They really made us feel welcome and went out of their way to assist us with any requests. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including a kitchenette and a terrace with a unique view. The bed was super comfy and the housekeeping was top-notch. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site restaurant and bar, where we had delicious meals and drinks. This place is truly committed to providing great customer service!

Spacious rooms, very comfortable bedding, very good shower, very professional service (small requests treated quickly, small attentions every evening preparing the room for the night...). Breakfast (not included) in penthouse on the 30th floor with a view of the neighbouring skyscrapers, high quality buffet, custom-made omelettes... Pleasant interior decoration. Hotel very well located, right next to a metro station of line 6, and within walking distance of many attractions.

Noise outside (cold units on the roof, police sirens) but it is probably frequent in New York! Noise plugs provided by the hotel as standard. Fitness room a little narrow.

My recent stay at a hotel in NYC was really good. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make my stay nice. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any requests. the hotel had a fantastic restaurant and rooftop lounge, offering delicious food and fine views. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting NYC.

The location, size of the suite, bed size, occitan products in the bathroom, snack offered in the afternoon at the penthouse.

The bathtub: the bottom was erratic and in bad condition, abnormal in my opinion for a hotel of this standing.

Spacious rooms with beautiful furnishings and a side kitchen. Comfy beds and soft pillows for a great night's sleep. The rooftop bar on the 30th floor was amazing, with fine views of the city and a great atmosphere.

The bath water was not hot enough for a relaxing soak. The Italian restaurant in the building was disappointing.

They don't clean, they blow over. And they don't change the used glasses. You have to order coffee from the coffee maker. The floor of the bathroom, not the shower, was never cleaned and is tiled.

It was great that the hotel was close to all midtown Manhattan attractions, as we wanted to see as much of the city as possible. The location of the hotel was ideal and just away from midtown, making it a peaceful place to stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-quality linens and twice-daily maid service.

The decor in the hotel was very old-fashioned and outdated, which made it feel less luxurious than other hotels in the area.

The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to everything in midtown. We were able to easily walk to Rockefeller Center and the subway station. One negative aspect was the noise from the renovations happening nearby. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We loved this hotel! The staff were attentive, and the breakfast was terrific. The location was convenient, being down 5th Avenue in the Midtown East area near Grand Central Station. the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.

We were actually surprised by the beautiful room upgrade provided by the staff upon check-in. The view from the 16th floor was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the Penthouse bar was a nice touch. we had an enjoyable stay at Kimberly.

We had a blast at The Kimberly Hotel! The facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff was super friendly and helpful, providing excellent concierge, front desk, and room service. The hotel even had a karaoke room and a casino, perfect for people like us who love singing and playing games! We also enjoyed the convenience of having a coffee machine, microwave, and refrigerator in the room, especially since we were traveling with children. The location was great, just a short walk away from Times Square and Central Park. And let's not forget the amazing rooftop bar, where we had a fantastic time. a fantastic stay with plenty of amenities to keep us entertained!

I loved my stay in this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was so comfortable. It was the best value hotel I could find in the area. The neighborhood had some fantastic restaurants to choose from.

One downside was that the wifi was not complimentary, a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise amazing experience.

The hotel has a fitness center, bar/lounge area, and a restaurant with special diet menus. The staff here really take pride in their hotel, and it shows in the quality of service they provide.
